Instructions for activating your auto-created  NYCHH Curb account

  1. Press “Sign In.” Please be sure to press “Sign In” and not “Sign Up,” as an account has already been created for you. Please do not create a new account. Once you have pressed “Sign In,” press “Reset Password.” Enter your work email address, and press “Reset Password.” You will then receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
  2. Once you have created a new password, please Sign In to the app, using your work email and your newly created password. Go to the app’s Settings menu (the 3 bars in the top right corner), and select “Profile.”
  3. Add your mobile number to your profile and press “Save.” You will then receive a text message to verify your number. Respond to the text with ONLY the word CURB. Your account will then be available for use.

Steps to add a promo code

Press the “Menu” button

Press the “Menu” button in the upper right corner.

Press the “Payments” button

Press the “Payments” button.

Press the “Promo Code” button

Press the “Promo Code” button to enter the promo code. Promo codes are only valid on Curb book trips and not valid on Pair & Pay trips.
